From our first meeting we just knew she was the person for us. She listened to our ideas, our likes and dislikes together with time scale and budget. Then she drew up some great plans and alternative designs and was patient and understanding as we tried different options until we were entirely happy.
She then drew up a time plan and organised the whole job. All the workmen she used from the plasterer to electrician were excellent and their work was of the highest standard. She covered all aspects of the design and installation, from paint colours to furniture and beds, to curtains ,soft furnishings and carpets. Louise thought of everything. She brought samples and colour charts and advised us through every decision. Some of her ideas and concepts we would never have thought of ourselves – they have all worked wonderfully, bringing universal praise from anyone who has either seen or used the completed rooms.
The suppliers she recommended for the provision of the built in furniture, beds, soft furnishings curtains etc are all first class. 360 Interiors project managed the whole process to time and budget. Louise was always available and nothing was too much trouble. Second best just would not do for Louise – she demands and expects perfection.
We would certainly use 360 Interiors again and highly recommend Louise to anyone who needs an interior designer.”

During the project we had to review costs and sometimes amend specifications. We had the occasional issue with works, but Louise helped to manage the process to a very successful and happy outcome. I thought I had high standards and was picky, but the attention to detail was something that I think sets Louise apart from many people that I have met from a great variety of walks of life.
Our upgrade looks great, our boardroom is fantastic and everyone that walks into our Reception just goes “WOW…!”
